"Easy payment, worked just fine"
The payment process was easy and I didn’t run into any weird extra steps, so I’m not sure what there would be to complain about. I got the receipt right away, everything looked correct, and the checkout was smooth overall.

"Smooth experience with helpful updates"
I used Fastport Passport and had a good experience overall. The communication was probably the biggest plus for me, they kept me updated along the way, so I wasn’t stuck wondering what was happening with my passport. I did have one follow-up question, but they got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly. It wasn’t totally perfect, so I’d give it 4 stars, but the regular updates really helped take a lot of the stress out of the process.

"Super Easy to Get an Appointment"
I needed some help with my passport and booking an appointment was actually really easy. I found a time that worked for me without having to call around or sit there waiting forever. "Nice follow-up after everything was done"
I got my passport and figured that was the end of it, I wasn’t expecting anything else—but then Fast Port Passport checked in afterward just to make sure everything was okay. I thought it might feel a little unnecessary, or actually, it was nice because it wasn’t pushy at all. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I’d use them again if I needed to.

I got what I needed in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the staff just didn’t come across as very professional to me. The replies felt really short, like when you ask a question and get a one-word answer, or when someone points you in a direction but doesn’t really explain anything, or when you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking for help. It kind of reminded me of dealing with someone who’s technically doing their job, but not really trying to make the process easier. The service itself was okay, but the whole experience felt more stressful than it needed to be.

My passport did end up arriving before my trip, so I can’t really say the service failed me. Compared to other deliveries I’ve had where the tracking was super clear, this one felt a lot more confusing. I spent most of the week worrying because the updates didn’t make it easy to tell what was actually happening. It showed up a day later than I expected, but thankfully still in time. Overall, the service was okay, but I really wish the tracking and timing felt more reliable.
